I agree about the flow of this whole area. I have driven from UAH to Five Points using Holmes-Jefferson -Clinton for decades, and the timing started getting worse when Clinton became 2-way in front of the parking garage. The timing has grown steadily worse since then.

What is wrong with my comment?

Staff has spent the past 2 weeks observing the intersection both mid day around lunch and in the PM peak. Some changes were made to increase the green time for Clinton Ave. During the many days observing this intersection it was noted that lots of pedestrians using the intersection and drivers navigating the area slowly for multiple reasons also contribute to a congestion issue.
