Unfortunately, this is nothing new. The city has a very strange definition of "resolved." As far as these tickets are concerned, as soon as something has been passed along to another department, they call it "resolved" even though the issue remains. It is unfortunate because there is no way to receive updates or follow up on those other than to call 311 and wait on hold to ask about it. There isn't even a date provided here for when Public Works is supposed to have this addressed by, so no way to know when to follow up.
