Building Permit B02353937 was issued for the demolition of an abandoned house on this property. There were 2 conditions required by the Health Department for this permit: 1) The well must be abandoned by a licensed well driller, and 2) The septic system must be abandoned and filled. If these conditions are not satisfied upon completion of this project, a violation will be issued. No other permits will be approved by the Health Department for this property until both the well and septic have been properly abandoned.
