Yes, the front yard looks fine. Big shade trees and lack of water means no grass/weed growth. However, the back yard is overgrown due to lack of trees and the fact that rain water runs through the back of our properties. This is an empty house and has been this way for over 2 years. Can code not help when a house has been empty for this long? I'm sure utility workers see how overgrown it is when they check the meter. Could you check with them? Thank you.

Unfortunately, a weed and grass case cannot be started on a part of the property that is not visible from the public ROW.
