Description

Cars have been repeatedly parking in front lawn at 89 Whitwell St. they appear to be renters so I’m not sure owner is aware of damage to front lawn. This house borders the park and it is an eyesore. It seems that the situation was dealt with previously but now they are back to parking on lawn
