Description

Dirt from building a new house is pouring out onto the gutter and road. Causing dirt and mud in street and blocking the street water flow and filling up into the storm drains. This needs to be cleaned up and blocked from this continuing to happen. Not to mention what else from the construction sight ( nails, chemicals, etc...)
