Description

corner of Cranston & Kay. shrubs have grown on to the sidewalk making it impossible to see oncoming traffic from Cranston Avenue onto Kay Street. To take a left from Cranston onto Kay Street you must be halfway into the other lane of traffic to make sure is safe to turn.
