Description

For the past two weeks, this resident has played very loud music from his garage with the door open. Sometimes until 1:00am. Sometimes he starts at 8:000am. He does this for hours at a time. The whole block can hear this. It is a disturbance of our neighborhood. He used to play his stereo quietly, but something has changed and it is now very loud. We can hear it in our living room and over the TV. It has totally changed the character of our street. This must stop.
