residents play music, drink and make noise at all hours of the night disrupting the apartments next door. when asked nicely to quiet down they do so for about 2 minutes then resume. this goes on all the time. we need it to stop

This complaint has been transferred to the police dept. It is best to contact the police dispatch when the problem is going on.
The police can then witness the situation - hear the volume of the noise - music; and then determine the actions necessary.
