the traffic light for knowlton road is absolutely TOO SHORT, if the first car goes when the light is green, and the last car stops at red, approximatley 2-3 cars get to proceed thru the intersection. most drivers go thru the red light in order to not have to wait. the other lights at that intersection allow 25-30 cars thru
