Description

Hello, a new buyer and his family just moved into a new house on Bourque road in July 2017, and ever since then the builder - Eric Yeghian, has never removed his trailer which is parked right next to the new house on a hill above. The trailer is on a hill where a road will be built, the future road is owned by Eric's lawyer - John Shekarchi. The trailer is leaning towards the house, if it falls it can do MAJOR damage to the house/property. It is also an eye sore to anyone who drives on this street. It is not right that this trailer has just been left there - it has now been there for 10 years and they promised to move it once the new house was built and finished this past July. Nothing has been done, and it is now a big risk of causing damage to the house/property. Please help in getting this removed. Thank you

The owner and town have been neglectful in removing this liability from a residential neighborhood. This trailer has been a hazard to the families, children and pets who live in and near this neighborhood for the past 10 years. In addition, the years of decay to this now worn, rusty unstable trailer has the potential to cause significant environmental hazards to our neighborhood.

I am a homeowner and I agree with Aime that the trailer is a hazard to children, Pets, adults and to the surrounding homes. It is an eyesore to say the least. We are a neighborhood that takes pride in our homes. We all work hard to keep our homes and property looking nice. We are tired of walking out of our homes each and every day to see this decaying rusty trailer. I can’t even imagine sitting in my living room and looking out the window only to see this ugly rotting trailer right out side. It has to go. Nobody would be happy with that. It is unacceptable that it has been allowed to remain here for so many years. The town needs to take action now before someone gets injured.

As a homeowner in Great Woods Estates I can sympathize with this report and agree that something must be done. This trailer used to sit right next to my property for 7+ years when left there by previous developers the Colucci’s. It was moved a few years ago to the edge of the current property when another home was built by Eric Yeghian, with empty promises of removal of the trailer. It is not/has not been used to store anything that Eric needs to keep in our development. It has decayed over the years of weather and elements and has now become a hazard on top of an eye sore. Please assist us in getting this rectified ASAP. Thank you

This trailer poses a significant risk to our kids and pets. It does not appear to be serving any useful function and should be removed before somebody gets seriously hurt.

Total eye sore for ten years! Please remove ASAP. This trailer goes against numerous rules for our homeowners association.
