This is a constant problem with this trash crew. But no supervisor will step up and fix it.

I know! I have contacted DPW directly and my email was forwarded to their point of contact in the Solid Waste Collection Division for immediate attention. No clue how to fix it. I plan to contact Brandon Todd's Constituent person.
