Guard rails approximately 1/4 mile along 100 to 150 Atlantic St. pose a major catastrophe waiting to happen. All these Guard Rails are broken,twisted,jagged and could be life threatening to cyclists, automobiles and pedestrians.Thousands of people use this road on the way to Wingaersheek Beach.
