Please say someone rescued this dog or fed him until rescue comes ?

I have not been back to check on him, will try to after work tonight or reach out to someone in the area who can check on him. I hesitate to say this dog was rabid but he was sort of drooling/foaming at the mouth. This is obviously a major public health concern if that is the case.

Hi, the dog is not there now. No idea if it was retrieved by its owner or what, but it's gone.
