Description

This car drove up a closed interior road in the park, from the New Scotland entrance. It is a road closed to vehicular traffic and clearly marked 'authorized vehicles only'. The chains at the entry points to these closed roads must be kept up so that cars are not driving on closed roads. This is near the playground where children run in the closed road, play, ride bikes, and use skateboards. In addition, this is a main pedestrian thoroughfare. This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed.
