Im sorry but its a little offensive to suggest that blind people using an intersection would be helped by painting a white stripe across the pavement. The fact that they are blind means that they CAN NOT SEE. Florida law is very clear that when a blind person approaches an intersection with a clearly marked cane that all traffic must stop.

"Blind intersection" is what is meant by one in which the view is extremely limited. From this stop sign, it is difficult to see oncoming traffic from the south on NE 7th St. without inching forward almost into the intersection. This has nothing to do with people who have limited vision!
