  Hi. The corner of Keller and Skyline at night is very noisy and dangerous because the cars there keep doing donuts. It’s very frequent, and I think it would be easy to fix with speed bumps. Perhaps you have a different solution. It would really help. Thank you.

  The doughnuts created there are scaring the local residents. Perhaps a large concrete centerpiece, similar to those used in Berkeley, would help deter that activity.

  Cars speeding on Skyline through that intersection, PLUS donuts late-night, PLUS often foggy conditions, PLUS faded striping on the Blvd: Please re-stripe for visibility and include raised dots to deter donuts.
