Description

Homeless encampment by CASS on 28th and Union has tons of trash all over the sidewalk and spilling into the road. The pile continues to grow and people also have dropped trash off there which contributes to the growing pile. It has extended from the corner of 28th and Union to the doors of CASS factory.
