Is the city going to do more than cone it and spray paint it? The entire sidewalk on the street needs to be improved. It’s filled with these spouts sticking out and random bricks sticking up.

A year later and its still there.... that whole stretch of sidewalk needs improvement, some of the sidewalk is BELOW STREET LEVEL
