These vagrants move from 8th to 9th st and from Howard to Natoma when police show up. We need them off our streets and out of our neighbor

Cleaning around vagrants solves neither problem of vagrants or keeping SOMA clean. Vagrants should be removed first and then area steam cleaned to remove urine, feces etc.
