Here’s a photo of the ditch

The ditch beside my house has taken at least 10 feet of my yard and property since the storms last year. The ditch in front of my house has also eroded part of my yard and eaten away some of the road. There’s been an orange cone sitting there for months. When will this be addressed? I’ve called at least 4 times. Someone came out last year acknowledged the problem and put up a cone and some tape but no one has been here to resolve the problem
