Yard parking is not enforceable according to the St Petersburg police and code enforcement can only issue warnings.......This is something that city council must address. I'd gladly sign a petition or maybe get one started and knock on doors.

The issue of parking tickets on private property was already visited by the state attorney's office as illegal so the due process is in place but the codes can and do place fines on violators after the time periods expire. Don't waste your time with the City Council. They can't do anything about it outside of what is already being done. Report these violations to Codes as soon as possible to speed up the process.
