The city allowing illegal transients to set up camp across Pine Street from Champlain Elementary is just asking for trouble. My son says he sees homeless people walking around Champlain Elementary from time to time. Kids walk to and from school near that area. Everyone is watching to see if quality-of-life issues are taken seriously this year.

Guess I can have a campfire in my yard. Nobody cares. Lighting up!

FYI walking by today there was a chainsaw being used, and hammering on some sort of structure. Cars in the woods. Is there any strategy for this parcel at all?
