I believe this address is 403 S Emerald the best I can tell form the picture. Correct me if I am wrong and there is another address in question. There will be several other lots posted also today on that street.

This issue has been resolved, thank you again for reporting it the City greatly appreciates your assistance. We will continue to monitor and post the grass if the caretaker fails to mow it. The property will be assessed a charge and lien. The caretaking company will be issued a citation for each additional weed/grass posting. House is in foreclosure.
