CP rail not responding to remove litter

Q. Description of the problem.
A. 4/30 —Garbage in railroad field, where Tyler St NE, (south from 37th Ave NE)dead ends at alley. Litter everywhere in the CP railroad field. 311 advised CP rail. I also advised CP rail. They won’t remove the garbage. Please work with the railroad again so the neighborhood doesn’t have to deal with this eyesore. 4386807 was original case number. Thanks.
