This is city property not BART property. This debris remains and has not been addressed. Please deal with this mess rather than trying to pass the buck.

PWD crews will not pick up hazardous waste or what even looks like hazardous waste but also they do not inform the call center who needs to send OFD hazmat to evaluate and to dispose of. The thing I have found is contact the PWD call center 615-5566 to have OFD come out. Complete dysfunctional bureaucracy.
