Every night it's the same thing Police are called and right after they leave the Loud music returns. WE are Sick and tired of these Hoodlums who say They are Kings of the Block. They are laughing at our Justice system, small empty baggies are all over their yard. Cars w/ expired tags. Code has been call written to. They said they would be out here between 1-3 no one showed up today ?
They have new windows, Shutters, Ac unit all w/o pulling permits. This use to be a nice neighborhood last 3 months has been hell. What are Law abiding citizens to do??

Gets worse each day and night.

around 2100 hours Pembroke Pines Police units responded to the area of 200 SW 67 Ave in reference
to multiple calls of several gunshots heard in the area. Dispatch advised that 6-9 shots were heard and they also
heard sounds of an argument in the area.
Once units responded to the area a neighbor outside advised he heard the shots coming from one block east of SW
67 Ave.
It should be noted that shortly after this call came in dispatch received a burglary attempt in progress in the area.
Upon units arrival contact was made at 200 SW 67 Ave in reference to an off duty officer out with a drunk white male
(Paul Vasser). Contact was made with Paul who was stating that this residence belonged to his deceased
grandmother and he just wanted to say goodbye to her. Paul was intoxicated and very emotional. (See
PPPDI80FF0II20I for more details).
Contact was then made with a white female, Elizabeth Hinson outside of 301 SW 66 Ave. Officers then found six
bullet casings in the grass area outside the residence between two white work vans. One bullet casing was then
found by the grass towards the front of the residence.

This is a supplemental report authored by Ofc. Marquez #783 in reference to Pembroke Pines Police case

which is classified as an unlawful discharge of a firearm.
Contact was made with Whitney who advised that he had surveillance footage from his personal home in relation to
the shooting that occurred in the area. You could see in the video what appeared to be a dark colored sedan driving
Eastbound on 2 CT and turning left onto 66 ave at a high rate of speed and appear to come to a stop out of the
screen view since the brake lights can still be seen. You can hear some yelling by unknown male(s) and shortly
after you hear the first set of shots. Some residents come out of 301 SW 66 Ave and enter what appears to be a
BMW and then drive off. Approximately 5 minutes later, they return and exit the vehicle and are walking back and
forth between the front of the residence and their car when you hear more gun shots erupt. The female in the video
does not appear to be too distressed by the sound of the gunshots.

This needs to be taken care of. It's probably some type of gang activity as Gang Graffiti was plastered next to the 7/11 near there.
