Description

Hello there,
I have a rat in my apartment ,got into my apartment last night. I contacted the apartment complex and they are ignoring the issue. This apartment complex is very unresponsive to emergencies in general.I am dealing with a rat for the last 8 hours. I would appreciate if the city could inspect this apartment complex.
