Thank you LCI. I am happy to invite someone in to our offices to "hear" what's going on.

The volume of the ADA Compliant Audible Pedestrian Signal Locator can be adjusted but we also need to account for the background noise resulting from vehicular traffic idling at red lights and traveling through the intersection. A blind person walking toward the intersection needs to hear the audible locator prior to arriving at the pedestrian signal, without the locator being drowned out by background noise. If you are interested, we can set up a time to meet at Crown and Temple to determine if the sound level can be lowered. It would also be helpful to hear what it sounds like from inside the office building. You are welcome to follow up by adding an additional comment.
