Please check the distance to the intersection at which they park as well when investigating. They park too close to the intersection in my opinion, limiting the visibility of traffic turning on to Hartford.

Please note, although utility trailers are not to be in public view either in the street or on private property, recreational vehicles/trailers such as RV’s, Boat Trailers, Jet Ski Trailers, BBQ Pits, and trailers with other similar purposes…can be anywhere on the property owner’s property. Recreational vehicles cannot, however, be parked on the street for longer than 72 hours. Additionally, if this is a possible deed restriction violation, please contact your HOA. This morning one truck and trailer are still parked on Hartford. Has the Officer made contact with the owners yet?

Please note that Code Officers have a specific process that they must follow, which could take some time. Your patience is appreciated.

Upon inspection yesterday morning the Code Officer did not see any trailers parked on Hartford or on Karten Ln; will continue to monitor the rest of the week.

The Code Officer spoke to the owners of the trailer, and they said they were moving and would have it gone by tomorrow. The officer will follow up next week for compliance.

The Code Officer reported that the trailer is no longer parked in the street.
