At Old Keene Mill, there is a left-hand turn lane onto Carrleigh Parkway. When that light gives a green arrow, there allows for both left-hand turns and U-Turns. However, if you are on Carrleigh Parkway trying to make a right onto Old Keene Mill, at the same time the turn signal I just mentioned is green, there is also a green arrow for you to turn right. That means that anyone making U-Turns at the same time as someone making a right-hand turn from Carrleigh onto Old Keene Mill have a VERY HIGH CHANCE of having an accident. I have almost been in a few myself and have seen others come very close to hitting each other.
