R. Timing - Traffic Signals.

P. Why is this a concern?
R. Traffic light at Smith and Holman and Bagby (as those streets converge right before heading SOUTH onto Spur 527) is not timed well at all for Smith or Bagby traffic flow (makes both stop needless just as they are approaching this traffic signal). Used to be timed well, but something changed/broke a couple months ago. Please adjust so traffic flows better for Smith travelers. Thanks :)
