I share a twin home with a woman who reguarly yells offensive language and argues on the phone at all hours of the day and night. Last night she was screaming and cursing so loud she woke me up at midnight and I have to get up at 5 AM for work so I banged on the wall to tell her to be quiet
( she has 3 young children and I have 2 )
She then started yelling racial comments at me. screaming white cracker, white trash etc...for approximately another hour
Would this be in violation of a disturbing the peace ordinance and or racial/hate crime bullying?
Her children and my children are subjected to this offensive,loud behavior several times a week
I have also heard her say she is going to "F" me up. Is that a threat I should report to the police?

if it means living in a van down by the river. People have no common courtesy
anymore. I lived next to crazy white lady and her crazy kids for a few years in
a rowhome, horrible. Asking them to be quiet late at night didnt work.
Call the cops probably wont work. YOu could act like a maniac and
threaten violence, some of those lowlifes only understand violence.
I suggest moving.
