Must be a relative or friend of someone important to get away with such a flagrant disregard for the law

For some reason, a previous update provided to this request got caught up in the cloud. We provided enforcement for this issue and subsequent visits to the site have confirmed the activity in question has ceased. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have executed enforcement on over 500 vehicles for similar infractions this year so certainly keeping the sidewalks clear for pedestrians is a priority for us.
