Description

PGW and PWD made some underground repair at this intersection, then paved over it. A week later the waterpipe broke and the road/pavement bubbled and puckered. The pipe was fixed, BUT the road is an engineering blunder. Also, after each session of re-paving the roads in Manayunk/Rox, the height of the curbs gradually disappears. Where is L&I or Codes to enforce a 6" high curb rule!
