Description

There is a water cover between 867 and 869 Frost Valley Circle and the ground below it is degrading. The cover is lose and moves when stepped on, if the area around the cover is stepped on the person sinks into the ground. I am concerned that someone in the area will trip or the area will further sink causing a real hazzard. Please look into this.
