Property maintenance issues have been left unaddressed for years. Dead tree on property and another one with dead roots that will also fall onto neighboring properties. Window boarded up with unpainted wood. Codes claim they do not see it. This type of ignoring outstanding issues from codes make the program a joke to some. All matters should be enforced the same. Why are the hearing notices being cancelled when home owner does nothing to correct problems???. Home owner lives and works in Orlando, FL and ignores this property. Owner has gotten help from N team in past. I guess N-team does not verify whether individuals are being truthful about work and income. This is one of the eyesore properties on this block and all the others should not suffer because Codes does not want to do it job properly and thoroughly.
