Who is responsible for the patch of sidewalk located within the confines of the Wells Fargo parking lot leading to the mall???
I am referring to the dirt path with raised sidewalk bedrock. Reason being, I have been walking this path for the past 3 years and there is one specific raised bedrock completely missing. It's almost as if the sidewalk bedrock shattered, it was cleaned up and never replaced. Please have a JC personnel assigned to check this out because its awful for the pedestrians.
