There are several electrical wires sticking out of the sidewalk at the corner of George and Winthrop St... there was a 5 foot structure there about a year ago. I heard a crash in the middle of the night and got up to see a truck speeding away from the now overturned structure. I called the police to report the accident, but nothing was done. Until recently, I got to stare at a giant orange construction barrel covering the wires every day... but now thats gone, and its just the wires sticking up out of the ground. Thats just part of the minefield that is Winshrop St.
