Description
The drainage swale on Lochinvar Dr. @ the intersection of Cheyenne Rd. is full of leaves, branches, debris, etc. & will not let the water flow so that it may drain to the pond across the street. It overflows on to residential property when it rains.

This was the message I received from the city of RIC, regarding my drainage issue?
"Your Non-functioning Traffic Light request has been acknowledged by the agency assigned for its completion. Any updates, including completion of your request, will be sent to you as they become available."
