The neighbors dumpster ends up over the storm drain 90% of the time in front of my property, do they have a right to keep their garbage in front of my proprerty? and their garbage goes down the drain, I had it cleaned out when i moved here and I have pictures of more garbage going down the drain. Maybe the garbage man can consistently return the dumpster to their property, they have cars that are not used on our property line, the dumpster should be returned to their property in front of the unused cars. I am aware of the two feet of property that belongs to you but, I smell his dead fish guts (he fishes a lot) and the dumpster is always open with garbage around the ground that ends up in my property that I keep clean. PS I bought this house last year.
