IN REFERENCE TO THE 6-8'' DEAD/DYING PINE TREE AT THE END OF SCARLET OAK DRIVE, LEFT HAND SIDE. THE TREE WAS CHECKED AND IS OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTY RIGHT OF WAY. THERE IS NO COUNTY EASEMENT WHERE THE TREE IS LOCATED. 5/18/2018
