Description

Every night after 7:30 pm 2-3 white vans park overnight taking spaces from residents that PAY for their permit. These vans then leave between 5:30 and 6 am to avoid being ticketed.
It would appreciated if someone could start to ticket them,as this seems to be getting out of control.
