Description

Parking Enforcement is only NOW placing 'No Parking, 8am-8pm 5-17-18' signs on the even side of Madison Avenue. It's 945 am and everyone is parked on the even side of the street without any idea they're not supposed to be. Surely some of these cars will be towed without any idea why because this was sprung upon unsuspected state workers without any notice at all.
