Mayor's Office assigned this issue to Electrical Department

Recommend removal of luminaire and foundation. Install handhold for splice and mounting a floodlight on adjacent aluminum pole. City Electrician John Giardi

It appears this post has been struck again. The base is lifted out of ground much more today. Recommend it be fixed or removed soon.
