Description

My neighbors garbage is on the property line and the garbage men keep (after emptying) putting the dumpster on the storm drain, the neighbor has 5+ kids and when they take the garbage out it falls to the ground and goes down the storm drain, I return their can to their property (off the storm drain) but the next garbage day its back on the drain, I reported a mosquito problem and they said to report that the storm drain full of garbage (again)
What do we do, for now please empty both storm drains of garbage. (i can only clean up after others for so long)
