The storm took out my massive oak tree and destroyed the sidewalk. I'm pretty sure Public Works is aware of it but thought I'd document this here to make sure it's on the record and in hopes that it is addressed quickly. Not a safe situation for me or my neighbors!!

Image attached. Damage extends to the other side of the tree with major cracks and raised sidewalk.

Just glad everyone was ok. There are several departments involved along with us at DPW. Thanks for photo and documenting.

Over two weeks later and nothing has changed. The massive stump and destroyed sidewalk remains. The only change? A solitary yellow barricade. Also, all attempts at trying to contact my alder, Jill Marks, have failed. Would appreciate it if anyone could get me in touch with her since she either doesn't check her ward email address or simply ignores me, and so many constituents I've spoken to in the neighborhood.

It has now been over a month since the tree came down and the stump has not been removed. It looks exactly the same as the picture above. What is taking so long?!?!?!!
