The fireworks are also going off nightly somewhere near Stater Bros on Border Ave.

Calling that number and reporting the fireworks does nothing. I was told fireworks are a low priority and that by the time officers get onsite, the people are gone so (my words here) there's no point in calling to report them.

We have forwarded the information provided regarding the use of illegal fireworks at the referenced location to the Fire Marshal who has confirmed this area will be included in their patrolling for illegal firework use for the 4th of July. Thank you for notifying us of this issue.

Give me a break City comment-er. From mid-May through mid-August there is nothing but illegal fireworks going off all day and night. Especially in Central Corona from Paseo Grande all the way to East Grand. You can be assured that people are calling already and it gets worse every year. Perhaps, the phone calls are not the answer?
