A. Mis-painted trails. Every year you guys paint all sorts of "No Biking" signs on the multi-use trails all around the Hiawatha Community Center, and every year you have to go back and remove them because they are not supposed to be exclusive walking trails. Until there is a bike route through the park that allows access to the Center and playground without dumping small kids onto 28th Ave, you have to keep those trails accessible to all users. Please fix this ASAP. I challenge you to bike to the Community Center from either the north or the west without getting on 28th Ave. You can't. Your signs are wrong.
