Also truck parks in front yard too often. Parked there right now

Also the amount of junk in the truck that never moves, in the boat and in the yard is going to become a breeding ground for mosquitos.

Please add to this case 1) fence installation without permit. Occupants installed and relocated wood stockade fence (in poor condition) across front and rear side yard of dwelling; missing, rotted and broken slats; 2) open sewer line access. This is visible from alley right of way.
